Refund Returns
1. Eligibility:
Returns or exchanges are only considered if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Requests must be made within 24 Hours of receiving your order. (must record Unboxing Video) Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
2. Condition of Items:
All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
No exchange/return for minor color and design variations due to display differences
3. Process:
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, we kindly ask that you record a video while unboxing your boogybird package. This will help us assist you more efficiently if there are any issues with your order, such as:
Damaged products
Missing items
Incorrect items received
In the event that you encounter a problem, please submit the video along with your return/exchange request. This documentation will help us resolve the issue more quickly.

4. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
